Metal Leg : It is made of CNC bent Q25x1.5 mm metal profile pipe and 20x20x1.5mmmetal box profile shaped in special molds.On the metal foot surface; 90micron thick (textured) electrostatic powder oven paint is used.

 

Frame; The upper body frame is made of CNC bent Q22x1.5mm and Q17x2mmmetal profile pipes, 20x5mm metal llama and metal bar, shaped bydrawing from DKP sheet in special molds.Upper body trim; 12mm thick, 14DNS density sponge and fabric arecovering the metal frame.

 

Seat; Seat wood frame is manufactured from 2nd class kiln-dried beech timberand 8mm raw MDF materials.Seat is upholstered with 10cm thick 35HR sponge and fabric upholstery.
